How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Custom lens prescriptions or specialty coatings may require an additional 3-5 days for quality assurance.
What is your return policy for eyewear?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your frames or if your prescription feels off, you can return them for a full refund or a one-time exchange.
Do you accept vision insurance?
While we do not bill insurance companies directly, we provide a detailed itemized receipt with every purchase which you can submit to your provider for out-of-network reimbursement.
How do I find my frame size?
Frame sizes are usually printed on the inside of the temple arm. You can also use our online 'Virtual Try-On' tool to see how different styles fit your face shape before purchasing.
Are your lenses scratch-resistant?
Yes, all of our lenses come standard with a basic scratch-resistant coating. We also offer premium anti-reflective and blue-light filtering upgrades for enhanced durability and comfort.
Can I order frames with non-prescription lenses?
Absolutely. Any of our fashionable frames can be ordered with 'Plano' lenses for those who want the aesthetic look of glasses without vision correction.
