At Eyemart Express, we want you to see clearly and feel confident in your new frames. If you are not completely satisfied with your eyewear, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online portal or bring your eyewear and original receipt to any of our physical storefronts to begin the process.
Package Your Frames
Place the glasses, along with the protective case and any cleaning cloths, back into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Apply Shipping Label
For online returns, print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality team inspects the frames, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or process your new exchange order immediately.
